Once your payment is successfully confirmed, all orders including hair care essential oil, honey hair care oil, full wash and care sets, leave-in repair & styling products and lip makeup items will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping options for any orders.

We apply a unified delivery schedule for all worldwide destinations. Standard shipping transit time ranges from 6 to 12 business days after order dispatch for every region, with identical delivery lead time regardless of destination country or area.

All goods available on our official website come with complimentary free global shipping. No shipping charges, handling fees, fuel surcharges or any hidden extra costs will be added during checkout or delivery progress. All commodity prices displayed on the site are quoted and settled exclusively in USD.

After goods leave our warehouse, relevant shipment tracking information will be updated for your order. You can check real-time delivery status through your personal order page on our website.
