We provide a 60-day valid return window starting from the date customers receive their ordered packages. Within this 60-day period, buyers may submit return requests if receiving defective goods, incorrect items, damaged parcels during transit or unsatisfied with product actual effects. Any return application raised beyond the 60-day validity period will not be approved for a full or partial refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
